Hi, I'm Kimberly!

I help adolescents, young adults, and adults uncover their hidden potential, so that they can live the life they were meant to live - instead of a life they're expected to live.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, with my office in NE Portland, Oregon. I'm passionate about helping you realize your inherent value and understand your experiences, with the primary goal to to learn skills to launch this value into your daily life.

In our sessions, you'll find that I approach therapy with a balance of fun and depth. I love to incorporate ecotherapy and mindfulness, while also focusing on active skill building (such as DBT skills, social skills), and recovering from history of trauma. We will explore those anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts, to see what is holding you back, why it is holding you back, and what actions you can take to make your life feel fulfilled. Lets have those real, raw, vulnerable, conversations that you might have difficulty bringing to friends or family. I find it important to co-create the therapeutic process, with the intention for you to discover what is practical for you in your present and your future.

We all lose track of our inner light sometimes, and I believe it is honorable to ask for help in finding your way back to yours. I am motivated by this work because I have seen the transformations occur through making deeper connections with ourselves and our future.
