Individual Counseling Sessions

In these ongoing sessions, we will reflect on the past, discover how it's effecting the present, practice healthier thinking patterns, and learn effective coping strategies. We'll work to accomplish your goals, which may include improved relationships, and finding balance in obligations like family, work, school, and fun.

These sessions primarily take place in my office; occasionally, we may be drawn to experience the therapy in the community or go outside.
