What does it look like when starting therapy with Kim:
Feel free to have on hand your own accommodation materials such as preferred fidgets, or noise canceling headphones.
First to Second session is review on history and you and Kim getting to know each other. During this session we discuss accommodations, learning styles, planning ahead for emotions when sharing intimate information, and other things that can create a successful therapy dynamic for you.
Second or Third Session is a co-created treatment plan.

Details of Services and Items for Filtering Light Counseling
1. Individual Therapy 45-minute sessions Services Code 90834 - Billing at full fee for services is $150.00
2. Individual Therapy 60-minute sessions Services Code 90837 - Billing at full fee $200.00
3. Group Therapy 80 Minutes Services Code 90853 - Billing at $50.00 per group session
4. Family Therapy with Client present 45-minute sessions Services Code 90847 - $150.00
5. Family Therapy without Client present 45-minute session Services Code 90846 - $150.00
6. Case Management Billed by 15 Minute Increments at $50.00, Case management below 7 minutes is free of any charges
7. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled session are charged 50% of agreed fee.
8. There is no fee for cancellations prior to 48 hours before the session is scheduled. Cancels day of session after 9 am and No Call No Shows/no communication results in full fee charge.
9. ASD Resource Consultation - 1-2 sessions, out of pocket full fee $150.00 or Reduced fee as needed for accessability, these sessions are typically provided for individuals who are seeking resource guidance and recommendations and who are not fully enrolled clients with Filtering Light Counseling
10. Reduced Fee options are available in limited capacity. This includes 1 probono space designated for a BIPOC individual linked through a local activism program, 2 individuals for clinical services at $100.00, 1 individual for clinical services at $110.00, 1 individual for clinical services at $120.00, 1 individual for clinical services at $130.00, and 1 individual for clinical services at $140.00. Reduced fees are re-assessed every 6 months during treatment plan review.
